One of the things on our wish list for a new house was that it should have some outside space for me...and a decent sized garage for Steve.... As soon as we saw the garage we knew this one would fit the bill!!
This pic shows Steve measuring and calculating how many cars he will be able to fit inside!
We decided to partition off one corner of the space to make a store room.....
plans were drawn up and work commenced....
We soon filled up the store room...
The next stage was to get the garage painted...it took the painting crew a week to get the
walls and ceiling a pristine white...
Then the tiling took place...but first the floor level had to be raised and levels for drains made...
this took another two weeks...
and finally...a visit to Ikea for the sofas and cabinets...
